Reflections for continuing when the way forward feels unclear

These reflections focus on the moments when you are not sure how, or when you’ve lost sight of the reason why.

They speak to the space where motivation dips, certainty fades, and continuing feels harder than stopping.

Just Keep Going is not about pushing yourself past your breaking point, forcing resilience, or staying in situations that are harming you. It is not about ignoring your limits or overriding your needs.These reflections are about staying the course when something matters to you, even if you feel lost or tired or unsure. They are about holding on for the light at the end of the tunnel when it feels dark, and trusting that if something is important, there may still be a way through.

Use these prompts when you feel like giving up, when progress feels slow, or when you need help finding the strength to take one more step. You might write briefly or return to the same reflection over time.

These are reflections you can come back to when you need support to keep going for another day, another date, another doctor, another decision,  or another dream. If it matters, if it’s important, there might just be a way through, found, if you just keep going.
